Senior Officer/Officer, Digital Product Development (IB)

• Assist line manager to manage the assigned tasks to ensure the assigned tasks will be done following the timeline.
• Participate in digital product testing to ensure that all functionalities are working following business requirement.
• Coordinate and facilitate with related team to solve the encountered issues of internet banking products.
• Conduct competitor survey about their digital product.
• Well understanding and initiate the attractive concept of internet banking UIUX.
• Support digital-related projects as per assigned by the manager.
• Monitoring daily performance of mobile banking operations or other digital products to ensure the smoothness of business channels.
• Prepare reports for line manager.

• Degree in Banking or related fields
• Good Computer literacy, especially in Ms. Office
• Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English
• Have knowledge/understand digital banking area especially digital product (Mobile app, Internet Banking, Card, ATM).
• Have ability to work independently, self-managed, and proactively as a member of a small, busy team
• Have high integrity, honesty, and commitment and be able to work under pressure with high tolerance
