Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end communication with all relevance stakeholders including partner, marketing team, activation team, and business partnership team
- Link all marketing activities with the activities of the merchant team
- Equip the Client Acquisition Officer (CAO) with appropriate resource and material to achieve activation and promotion launching objective.
- Coordination assigned group of CAOs to perform Merchant acquisitions at event activation site
- Assist senior officer, Merchant TFT Operation for supporting of CAO, branches, and Merchant team
- Collaborate with Marketing team for all marketing activities
- Collaborate with Branch office for activation activities
- Help administrative work of program or activation for merchant team
- Work with merchant business partnership for all arrangement and to ensure the best customer service experience offering to customers during activation.
- Respond on ground with customers to solve inquires & complaint & service issues with related department
- Weekly schedule to call CAO activation team
- Collect feedback from ground to consolidate for management
- Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager
Requirement Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, marketing, sales, or any relevant field
- At least 2 years of public communication and event activations
- Experienced in sales or customer service
- Good communication skills & Customer-oriented mindset
- Good knowledge in sales and marketing skills
- Problem-solving attitude & Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- General level in using Computer, Email, Microsoft Word, Excel
