Assistant Manager, Digital Partnership Support

• Implement new digital partnership functionalities on top of the existing functionalities and any other third-party integration project related to digital partnership.
• Implement and Enhance NBC Services such (Bakong, RFT, KHQR) followed NBC specification documents and instruction.
• Well understanding and develop attractive digital partnership functions on Mobile Banking.
• To execute the UAT and BVT of NBC & Digital Partnership Services follow the project timeline.
• Implement new digital-related projects as per assigned by the manager.
• Work closely with IT to keep enhancing NBC and Digital Partnership Services.
• Coordinate and facilitate with related team to resolve the encountered issues of NBC Services and Digital Partnership Services.
• Monitor and observe about NBC and Digital Partnership Services that are implementing in the financial industry.
• Monitor daily performance of NBC and Digital Partnership Services to ensure the smoothness of business channels.
• Provide training to related staffs to ensure that the product/service will be operated smoothly for customer usage.
• Work with related team to develop documentations such as policy, manual, workflow, and procedure to support product roll out.
• Develop and prepare reports for NBC and Managements.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Degree in Banking or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital banking especially working in NBC (Bakong, RFT, KHR) and Digital Partnership Services on Mobile Banking.
• Well understanding on NBC and Digital Partnership Service and Products, Guideline and Manual establishment.
• Good Computer literacy, especially in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English.
• Have ability to work independently, self-managed, and proactively as a member of a small, busy team.
• Have high integrity, honesty, and commitment and be able to work under pressure with high tolerance.
