Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement new initiated project (CSS, Fast, ATM & POS Acquiring etc.)
- Participates in with related parties (Risk, IT, Finance, Compliance Department and Vendor) on producing of Business requirement, functional specification and technical.
- Work and support closely with testing team for successfully completion of the Projects.
- Plan the UAT testing, develop test scenarios and test case with project scope to make sure the system is applicable to real scenarios and in accordance to the requirement.
- Draw a flow and business requirement for Electronic Payment Product and Services.
- Prepare Manual, procedure and guideline for CSS, Fast, ATM/POS Acquiring.
- Produces training materials and provide refresh training to branch staffs and customers for their well understanding of the product’s instruction.
- To manage and work closely with NBC and IT Team update the CSS, Visa Acquiring and Fast member in our system, if required.
- Understand the process of ATM, CRM and CDM by daily operations and process.
- Control and manage all document related the field.
- Prepare per require report by NBC and Management.
- Perform other duties as required/assigned by line manager.
Requirement Competencies
- Bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking or related fields.
- Fluent using English written and verbal.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in card management system or other similar experience.
- Good knowledge of Card Product, ATM, CSS and other card scheme etc.
- Be proactive and good team work and customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Honestly, commitment and hard work.
